Embassy Suites by Hilton El Paso

We stayed one night. Our room was very clean and in working order. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. The evening reception had vegetables, chips, crackers, cheese, and dips. The morning breakfast was as expected and clean. The reason for 4 stars was the lack of detail with no shower gel in our shower, only one bath towel which housekeeping quickly remedied, no non alcoholic beer options available for the evening reception, and no egg substitute available even though the sign hanging at the omelet station stated one was there. Overall this hotel was a nice stay. It was a little higher than the other hotels but worth the price for us.

Great place. Service was amazing. Good prices. Food was delicious. Bed was great, slept flatter than a pancake!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel everything was excellent. They provide a card for two complimentary drinks each day during happy hour, and breakfast is also included. The bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable, and the room was very clean. Both TVs in the room were smart TVs, and the air conditioning and heater worked perfectly. The walls were solid, so I didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms, making it a peaceful and quiet stay. When you step out of your room, you can see the hotel lobby, and the side entrances make it easy to load and unload your luggage from your car. I felt safe the entire time, and the location is great for shopping, food, and work.

The staff here makes me go back to my childhood games. 'Never have I ever': experienced such great customer service. I directly dealt with Jonathan and Gabrielle. Never have I ever had such friendly, responsive assistive service. I first met Jonathan, where I was trying to check on early, whereas there were no current rooms available he reached out to the cleaning staff to see which one would be ready first. I choose to wait so as to not rush but never have I ever had service like that from a hotel chain. Then when I can't back I meet Gabrielle. Never have I ever met such a happy, friendly, excited to help as Gabrielle. Over and above she simply wanted me to be happy with my stay. After hundreds of nights on the road over 2 years and most being Hiltons or affiliates I have truly found the greatest customer service ever experienced. On a side note the room was fabulous, but slightly noisy due to I-10 half a football field away which is the start lost on location. The room itself is agreed but very clean and well cared for. I will always come back.

Every time we drive through El Paso, we won’t stay anywhere other than the Embassy Suites Hilton El Paso. We love the spacious, spotless rooms and the great pool. The evening happy hour snacks are always a treat, and the breakfast is truly one of a kind. Every stay feels welcoming, with friendly faces at check-in and a team that goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel taken care of. A special shout-out to Fernando for making our experience even better! Thank you, Embassy Suites El Paso! We can’t wait to be back.

Checking out took five-ever. One attendant on duty is not ideal. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

My stay was great! I showed up without a reservation, and Alex from the night shift was super friendly he really made me feel welcome on my first visit to El Paso. Same goes for the rest of the staff everyone was really nice. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe keeping the breakfast hours open a little later.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. I had the double room and it felt like an apartment/condo tv in the room and tv in the living room. Id go back to it again. Breakfast was always great. Texas shaped waffles and omelette made to order. They have happy hour stamps too for well beers on draft and idk maybe house wine?
